Ryan Seacrest Does So Well In His Career

Ryan Seacrest forged his personality initially using radio broadcasts

While attending Atlanta hometown 9th-through-12th-grade educational facility Dunwoody High School, the then-teenaged Ryan Seacrest was awarded an internship to the Atlantan radio station WSTR (FM) through one of his school’s workplace-affiliated programs. The sociable, warm, bubbly, football-playing Seacrest was asked to work one weekend as a fill-in host for one of the network’s many programs.

Thanks to the small-time program’s normal host calling in sick, Seacrest got an early start in radio. Best of all? He impressed the station’s lead personalities, managers, and owners – and the tens of thousands of Atlanta metropolitan area locals the station broadcasted to – with his first-time, live, on-air performance.

He worked at WSTR (FM) in a hosting capacity from the ages of 16 through 19, moving to California whilst simultaneously dropping out of studies at the University of Georgia in the name of improving his entertainment career’s prospects.

From 1996 to 2003, he led an evening-time radio broadcast in Los Angeles to popularity, later having another local station pick his personality up for On Air with Ryan Seacrest in 2004. Though that second station’s initial run only lasted a few months, the same station reinstated the program in 2008. On Air with Ryan Seacrest still airs five mornings a week across a fair share of America’s radio markets.

He also hosts American Top 40 and does a joint broadcast with co-host Sisanie.

The fashionable Seacrest found fashion not so difficult to break into

Considering the fact Ryan Seacrest has actively hosted various TV shows since 1993, he knows exactly what male fashion is. With the help of Burberry executive Christopher Bailey, a former personal designer and tailor for Mr. Seacrest, Ryan founded male clothing brand Ryan Seacrest Distinction in 2014. Soon thereafter, he inked a deal for the brand to be exclusively distributed by Macy’s.

He also created Polished, a dermatological product line co-founded by Harold Lancer, a popular, skilled, celebrity-serving physician whose practice focuses on dermatology.
