Tony Petrello And Family Help Many Other Organizations And Groups Each Year Through Donations

When you think about the things that you can do to give back to your community, what things come to mind? For Tony Petrello, he has a number of things that he does. He spends his time donating to educational funds, with donations reaching just over $3 million dollars, the community has been able to improve their educational backgrounds.

When he is not donating to the educational organizations in Texas, Anthony Petrello and wife, Cynthia are busy donating back to the Texas Children’s Hospital. Since the birth of their premature daughter, the pair has been able to donate just over $7 million dollars to aid in the research and development of cures for a number of diseases and diagnosis. This is especially important because of the birth of their 24 week old daughter, Carena.

Since the Petrello family had to endure heartache with the delivery of their daughter so early, they were given medical diagnosis which puzzled the proud parents at first. Not understanding what was going on and being very confused with the whole fuss, they decided that they needed to help others to understand and to offer parents of premature babies a way to better understand what is happening to their child.

When they are not helping out with the hospitals, schools and so on, they are spending their days and nights entertaining guests. For one instance, in recent months, the pair welcomed into their home Tommy Tune. If you are not familiar with the name, he is a Broadway Star who lived in Houston before heading off to NYC. Before he left for the big apple, Tommy took dance lessons under the mother of Patrick Swayze, Patsy. She taught him the important foot work he would need in order to land a good part on Broadway.

During Hurricane Harvey, Tony Petrello and his wife wanted to help give back to their community. That is why they decided to match whatever money was raised by the employees at Nabors Industries. The employees raised just over $170,000 dollars which then was matched by Tony Petrello as CEO. When this was simply not enough, he made sure that the employees who were affected by the hurricane had an opportunity to receive paid time off to help them rebuild their homes, if they were not a complete loss.

Tony Petrello was raised in a family where they struggled and for this reason, he strives to ensure that others who do not share the same ideas are ready to get on board with what Tony Petrello wants to do in his time.
